'Shaadi stuff is over': Ayeza Khan shares Amsterdam throwback as she returns to work

Ayeza Khan is back in action after a brief break for her brother’s wedding celebrations.

Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a carousel of scenic throwback shots from Amsterdam, pairing them with a candid caption.

“Shaadi stuff is over and getting back to work tomorrow. I miss travelling already. Here is a little throwback to Amsterdam!” she wrote, signalling the end of the festive break and a return to her packed schedule.

The post comes after Ayeza kept fans updated throughout the wedding festivities, where she dazzled in a series of traditional looks that drew praise across social media.

With more than 14 million Instagram followers, Ayeza remains one of Pakistan’s most-followed celebrities.

Previously, Ayeza shared glimpses of her family’s joy as her younger brother tied the knot in a grand celebration.

“And here it is! The biggest day we were all waiting for. The day we get to welcome our beautiful bhabi home,” Ayeza captioned one of her posts.

The actress expressed her gratitude and prayers in an emotional note, saying: “Alhamdulillah, Allah has been so kind and merciful to us. May Allah bless our family with endless love, barakah, and unity.

"May our hearts always remain connected, our smiles never fade, and may our bond never break. May this new journey bring only happiness, peace, and countless blessings into our lives. Ameen!!” She also thanked her fans and followers for their constant support and warm wishes.

“Thank you to all my wonderful people who are sending their best wishes and prayers to us. I always say you guys are my family, and everything I’ve shared so far has been straight from my eyes to your heart,” she added.

Ayeza also posted a carousel of portraits from the wedding festivities, reflecting on how quickly time has passed. The star offered a behind-the-scenes look at the Mehndi event, which had already gone viral on social media earlier this week.

In one video, she shared a lighthearted confession about the family’s dance performances. “Crazy how we recorded our rehearsals for the final day of the event but ended up doing only bhangras on the main day,” Ayeza captioned the clip.

She added with humor: “Here are some bits where we’re performing almost on the same songs from my wedding because we didn’t have time to practice and so many of them landed just a day before the event! Don’t judge our performances, pls.”
