Family members of Kamran Bangash test negative for coronavirus

The 11 family members of Kamran Bangash – Special Assistant to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM for Local Government and Rural Development – were tested negative for coronavirus, 24NewsHD reported on Monday.
The samples of these close relatives had been taken after the virus was found in Bangash on Saturday.
The special assistant to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister, however, said his photographer had been tested positive, as he urged the people to ensure social distancing. The precaution was only available option to tackle the pandemic, he added.
Meanwhile, a total of 515 people have fully recovered from the virus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa where five more deaths were reported during the past 24 hours.
As the death toll jumped to 98, another 71 cases were recorded during the same period in the province after which the total number of infections reached 1,864.
These figures, which were shared by the provincial health department, also showed that 30 more patients had recovered from the virus.
