Anti-education mafia under fire: Hundreds of absent teachers exposed in Dadu

The Director of Schools has summoned 478 teachers from Dadu who had been absent from government schools for years while still receiving salaries, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the report, show-cause notices have been issued to these ghost teachers belonging to various tehsils, including Dadu. 

An inquiry into school records revealed that arrival and attendance registers of teachers were fabricated on a massive scale. Shockingly, a large number of absentee teachers were female.

The absence of these teachers has turned education into a distant dream for children in the affected areas. Authorities have ordered the summoned teachers to appear before the Directorate of School Education Hyderabad tomorrow, April 28.
