30 litres of petrol snatched at gunpoint from Lodhran farmer
As the ever-rising petroleum prices impact the routing life, unidentified armed dacoits looted 30 liters of petrol from a farmer in Lodhran, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The dacoits escaped from the scene soon after the incident. Police, after registering a case against the accused, start a search operation to apprehend them.
Animal dispute claims life
A man lost his life after a clash erupted over animals’ fight in Lodhran.
The victim's heirs, who was later identified as Mureed Hussain, said that the owner of one animal killed Mureed Hussain because he brutally beat his animal with a stick.
Soon after receiving the report, a police team rushed to the site and shifted the dead body to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) for autopsy.
They demanded that the relevant officials award exemplary punishment to the accused.
Saddar Police Station registered a case and said that further proceedings will be started after receipt of the post-mortem report.
