NA-129 by-election: Symbol 'geyser' allotted to PTI-backed Arsalan

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has allotted election symbols to candidates for the NA-129 by-election, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

According to the election symbols list, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-backed independent candidate Arsalan Ahmed has been allotted the geyser symbol, while Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) leader Muhammad Noman has been allotted the lion symbol.

Moreover, Tehreek-e-Labbaik candidate Waqas Ahmed has been allotted the crane symbol.

Independent candidate Asad Karim Kalwar has been allotted a gas cylinder, Najash Khan has been allotted a cricket stumps symbol, Bilal Liaquat was allotted a tower, Jawad Ali Syed was allotted a saxophone symbol, Sohail Arif was allotted a door, Azeem Yasin was allotted a radio symbol, Imran Ashraf was allotted a badge, Imran Ali was allotted a fridge symbol, Liaquat Jan was allotted a laptop, Muhammad Akram Dogar was allotted a tyre symbol, Muhammad Umar Jamil was allotted a T-shirt, Muhammad Yasin was allotted a tricycle symbol, Mian Owais has been allotted an oil stove and Mian Affan was allotted a racket symbol.

By-election in NA-129 will be held on September 18, and the polling process will continue from 8 am to 5 pm.
