Salman Khan celebrates 60th birthday, cuts the same cake 13 times!
Bollywood star icon Salman Khan marked a major milestone as he turned 60 on December 27, celebrating the occasion in grand style at his 150-acre Panvel farmhouse in Maharashtra, surrounded by family, friends, and the ever-present paparazzi.
Ahead of the main birthday bash, the superstar took time to acknowledge the photographers who had gathered outside his farmhouse.
As midnight approached, Salman stepped out under heavy security and kicked off the celebrations by cutting his birthday cake with the media, setting a warm and festive tone for the night.
Multiple videos circulating on social media showed Salman cutting a red-and-white cake while photographers stood around him singing the birthday song.
Dressed casually in a black T-shirt and blue jeans, the actor sported a clean-shaven look and appeared relaxed and cheerful.
After slicing the cake 13 times, Salman was seen personally offering pieces to the photographers before posing for pictures.
In one clip, he warmly interacted with a female member of the media, giving her a side hug and kissing her on the forehead.
Throughout the interaction, Salman appeared in high spirits, smiling, laughing, and chatting comfortably with the paparazzi.
The birthday celebrations continued inside the farmhouse, with several well-known guests spotted arriving throughout the evening.
Among them were Salman’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, and actor Huma Qureshi, along with other close friends and family members.
On the professional front, Salman was last seen in the film Sikandar, which did not perform as expected at the box office.
He also made a cameo appearance in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut web series The Ba**ds of Bollywood* and recently hosted the reality show Bigg Boss 19.
Looking ahead, Salman is set to star in Battle of Galwan, alongside Chitrangda Singh. The film will depict the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops, a rare and deadly confrontation fought without firearms, where soldiers engaged in brutal hand-to-hand combat using sticks and stones.
