Mrunal has an impressive slate of upcoming projects that have fans eagerly awaiting her performances. She will next be seen in Pooja Meri Jaan, directed by Navjot Gulati. The film, backed by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik under the Maddock Films banner, was initially set for a November 2024 release but has now been postponed to early 2025. The movie also features Huma Qureshi in a key role.

She will explore comedy in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, where she is paired opposite Varun Dhawan. Directed by David Dhawan, this project marks the fourth collaboration between Varun and his father, promising a fun-filled entertainer.

In a departure from her usual roles, Mrunal will make her action-genre debut with Dacoit, starring alongside Adivi Sesh. Directed by Shaneil Deo, the gripping action drama follows the journey of an angry convict who meticulously plots revenge against his former girlfriend after being betrayed by her. The film is produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang.

Mrunal is also set to be a part of the much-anticipated sequel Son of Sardaar 2, where she will be seen romancing Ajay Devgn. Helmed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the film is backed by Devgn Films in collaboration with Jio Studios. With Sanjay Dutt also playing a pivotal role, the movie is expected to be set against the backdrop of a gang war between Bihari and Punjabi dons. The sequel is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
