Accused held as Larkana rape victim gives birth to child

A 16-year-old alleged rape victim of Larkana gave birth to a child, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Dari police registered a case on the complaint of Bahadur Viku, the father of the rape victim.
He, in his complaint, maintained that hotel owner Kamran Kharos sexually abused his daughter for nine months.
“After raping the girl for nine months, he kept blackmailing her into silence,” he alleged.
“After the girl developed pain in her belly, the doctor told her that she was pregnant with a child,” he added.
“I have reached the police station to seek justice,” he pleaded.
The rape victim also told the police that the hotel owner kept abusing her at gunpoint in the absence of her family.
The police arrested the accused identified as Kamran Kharos and put him behind bars.
The accused, however, denied the crime and stated that a false case had been filed against him.
“I am innocent,” he claimed.
