Karachi Police on Wednesday presented Karachi girl Dua Zehra before the city court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The lawyer of Zaheer Ahmed conditionally said that he would not give statements to the media only if the same was assured by the claimant side too. 

Karachi City Court judge remarked that the purpose was to secure the rights of the girl and remarked Court has asked from the Child Protection Officer as well. 

The judge directed the public prosecutor that Dua Zahra must not be presented before the court until it orders.

Dua Zahra's lawyer said that Dua must be asked whether she is satisfied with the public prosecutor. 

The case hearing has been adjourned till August 1st.
