PTI leaders seek PM Shehbaz disqualification in LHC

An application has been filed in the Lahore High Court for the disqualification of Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Wednesday.
The application has been filed on behalf of PTI leaders.
On behalf of PTI leader Andalib Abbas and Hasan Khan Niazi, Asad Manzoor Butt Advocate filed a petition for the disqualification of the Prime Minister.
It has been stated that Shehbaz Sharif violated the Prime Minister's oath and went to London along with his cabinet to meet his brother Nawaz Sharif, who is a convict.
The petition said the PM met convicted former PM Nawaz Sharif, his son Salman Shehbaz and former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in London.
The petition said the Official Secret Act was also violated and has requested the court to take action against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for violating the oath and declare his membership of the National Assembly null and void.
