High-level US delegation to visit Pakistan next month

A high-level American delegation led by Acting Under-Secretary of State John Bass will visit Pakistan early next month, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday, quoting diplomatic sources.

During their stay in Islamabad, the US delegation members will host talks with senior Pakistani leaders and officials.

The talks are expected to focus on Pakistan’s economic situation, Pakistan-US relations and investment, the diplomatic sources said.

During meetings with senior Pakistani leaders, the US delegates will also exchange views on regional and international issues, the sources added.
