K-Electric launches cashless Bill Payment Service through POS Machines

K-Electric has introduced a new cashless payment facility, allowing customers to pay their electricity bills using debit and credit cards at selected customer care centres, making the payment process faster, safer and more convenient.

According to a company statement, customers can now pay their electricity bills instantly through Point of Sale (POS) machines installed at designated K-Electric Customer Care Centres, eliminating the need to carry cash.

The power utility said the new service is aimed at saving customers time by reducing the need to visit banks or stand in long queues at payment centres.

The initiative is expected to make bill payments more efficient while offering greater convenience.

Under the new facility, customers can make payments using a wide range of local and international payment cards, including PayPak, Mastercard, Visa and UnionPay.
