Petrol price cut by Re1, diesel up by Rs3.37 per litre

The government has decreased the prices of petrol and increased the prices of high-speed diesel, with the new rates coming into effect from midnight.

According to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the price of petrol has been decreased by Re1 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs334.18 per litre.

The price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs3.37 per litre, with the new rate fixed at Rs386.83 per litre.

The revised prices, announced through an OGRA notification issued on July 28, will take effect from tonight.
