Inam Foundation to set up plasma banks for virus patients in Karachi, Hyderabad

A non-government organisation is going to open plasma banks for Covid-19 patients in Karachi and Hyderabad cities of the Sindh province.
The NGO will collect plasma from people who have recovered from the coronavirus infection and are now willing to donate their plasma, and then it will provide this plasma free of cost to virus patients who need it. The project will be executed under The Inam Foundation.
Former Sindh information minister Sharjeel Inam Memon took to Twitter on Saturday to make this announcement. He wrote, “Alhamdullilah we are going to start Plasma Banks for patients of the #Covid_19 in karachi and hyderabad under the platform of @Inamfoundation very soon. Plasma Banks will collect plasmas from covid recovered patients and provide free of cost to every patient who need treatment.”
