Promotions of grades 21, 22 officers approved

Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Senator Ishaq Dar presided over special meeting of a high-powered committee, which approved promotions of different officers of BS-21 and BS-22, reported 24NewsHDTV channel on Friday.

Establishment Division also issued a notification in this regard. As per the notification two officers of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS), Wajid Ali and Rubab Sikandar promoted from BS-21 to BS-22.

Five officers of Inland Revenue Service (IRS) Dr. Hamid Atiq Sarwar, Shahid Iqbal Baloch, Sadia Sadaf Gillani, Mohammad Iqbal, and Tehmina Amir also been promoted to BS-22.

An officer of Pakistan Police Service Saeed Akhtar was promoted in BS-21 and will continue his services in National Highways and Motorways Police.

Zaeem Iqbal Sheikh has been promoted in BS-21 and will continue his services in Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

Mohammad Tariq Chohan,  Khurram Shahkoor had been promoted in BS-21 and will continue their services in Punjab government.

Director-General National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi Waqar Ahmad Chohan also promoted in BS-21 and will continue his services in the same organization.

Zulfikar Larak an officer of Pakistan Police Service, is promoted in BS-21 and will continue and asked to continue his services under Government of Sindh.

Sharjeel Kareem Kharal is promoted in BS-21 and will continue his services under Sindh government.

Shakeel Ahmad Durrani is promoted in BS-21 and will continue his services in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

Iqbal Dara, a Pakistan Police Service officers promoted in BS-21 and will continue his services under Sindh government.

Khurram Ali, a Pakistan Police Service officer promoted in BS-21 and will continue to perform his services under Punjab government.

Mohammad Jaffar, an officer of Pakistan Police Service promoted in BS-21 and asked to perform his duties in Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

Azad Khan, an officer of Pakistan Police Service is promoted in BS-21 and transferred in Intelligence Bureau (IB) Balochistan.

Mohammad Tahir, an officer of Pakistan Police Service is promoted in BS-21 and will perform his duties in Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) KP.

Bashir Ahmad Tarar will perform his duties in Punjab after getting promoted in BS-21. Twelve officers of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) were also promoted in BS-21.

Mohammad Nawaz Naseem promoted is BS-21 and will perform his duties under Sindh government.

Zafar Iqbal, Director-General Federal Government Housing Authority is promoted in BS-21 and will continue to perform his service in the same department.

Azmat Mehmood Khan promoted in BS-21 and will continue his service under Punjab government.

Mohammad Ali Nakokara, a Pakistan Police Service officer is promoted to BS-20 and transferred from Intelligence Bureau (IB) to Government of Punjab.

Imran Shoukat, an officer of Pakistan Police Service is promoted in BS-20 and will perform his duties from Sindh to Balochistan.

It is necessary to mention here that promotions of these officers were delayed due to orders of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
