Fast bowler Haris Rauf said that Pakistan team will try to take advantage of Australia being the young side in their exciting ODI and T20 matches starting from Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a virtual news conference on Sunday, Haris said that Pakistani players had played with Australian players in Big Bash league and other cricket leagues as well.

He said that bowling coach Shaun Tait wants the bowlers to perform well in death overs. He praised Naseem Shah, Shaheen Afridi and Hassan Ali for their bowling spells against Australia.

He said green shirts will not take the Aussies easy for sure and will be performing their 100 percent to win the matches and series.

“The coach shared tips on how to bowl in death overs of the game," Harris said.

He said that representing Pakistan in Test format is a dream for him and he was part of the test squad but unfortunately suffered from coronavirus.

Haris said due to the combination he couldn't get a spot in a test team match but was looking forward to representing the country in the coming test cricket.

Australia’s Adam Zampa said he is looking forward to an exciting and tough series with Pakistan.

 “I had played PSL before and it’s been a long time. Now it’s exciting to be in Pakistan,” he said.

Zampa praised Australia ODI skipper Finch for backing him and supporting him.
