Punjab bureaucracy playing in hands of PTI govt

It seems that the Punjab bureaucracy has become a tool in the hands of PTI government as bureaucracy’s higher cadre participated in Prime Minister Imran Khan’s public rally in Kamalia yesterday while condoning all civil service SOPs, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Reportedly, Punjab chief secretary, IG police, Faisalabad commissioner and its RPO, Toba Tek Singh deputy commissioner and its DPO attended the PTI public meeting held in Kamalia yesterday and addressed by PM Khan.

It is pertinent to mention here that the prime minister went to Kamalia for public rally. His visit was not administrative which requires presence of civil servants. 

But in complete disregard for rules and regulations, the higher cadres of bureaucracy attended the PTI public gathering yesterday
