The Lahore High Court (LHC) has lifted a ban on lawyers to appear before the court and regional benches wearing gowns from today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Lawyers will now be able to appear in the LHC and regional benches without wearing gowns.

After the approval of the Chief Justice of LHC, a notification was issued to lift the ban on wearing gowns from March 27.
