Lahore’s private schools warned for receiving charges other than fee

The Deputy Commissioner Lahore has instructed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Education to issue warning notices to all private schools for receiving funds or charges other than monthly fee, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Following the instructions of DC Lahore CEO Education Pervez Akhtar issued a warning notice to all the private schools of the city.

In his warning notices, CEO Education Lahore instructed all private schools to implement the instructions strictly.

CEO warned that no private school can force parents to buy uniforms and books from a particular shop or school.

CEO further warned that no private school can receive any extera dues other than monthly fee,

He warned that in case any complaint received, strict action will be taken against the concerned school under the law.

It may be mention here that despite ban, children were forced to buy books and uniforms from schools or an approved shop.
