JUI-F chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman met with Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong at Islamabad Thursday, reported 24News HD TV Channel.

Both leaders exchanged views on bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest of both countries. On the occasion, Chinese ambassador invited Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman to participate in an online international conference that would be hosted by China.

Maulana accepted the invitation of the Chinese ambassador. The ambassador told that around 500 political parties from across the world would participate in the meeting. He said the JUI-F chief’s participation in the meeting would be a matter of pride.

Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman thanked Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong for Chinese efforts to uplift the economy of Pakistan. The ambassador said that China would always stand by Pakistan and help for the economic progress of the country.

Both leaders were of the view that China Pakistan Economic corridor was very important for both China and Pakistan.
