K-electric announces Rs4.83 per unit increase in electricity price

The K-Electric has announced increasing the prices of electricity by Rs4.83 per unit, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) has also issued a notification in this regard.
The increase in the prices of electricity was approved on account of monthly fuel cost adjustment.
The power consumers will have to bear an extra burden due to rise in the prices of electricity.
