Supreme Court (SC) issued a written decision on the Child Pornography Case and rejected the bail of the accused, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Saturday.
SC Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi's decision on the case stated that the accused who spread child pornography videos on social media did not deserve bail.
The SC rejected the bail plea of accused Umar Khan and directed the trial court to decide the child pornography case soon.
The argument of the accused's lawyer that no aggrieved party has come forward is not acceptable, the court said, adding that accused Umar Khan's case is not for making the immoral videos of children but spreading.
Justice Naqvi also said in the written ruling that accused Umar Khan's complaint was lodged directly by the Facebook administration.
