Pakistan, Russia ink important MoUs across various areas

The 10th Pakistan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic and Scientific and Technical Cooperation concluded in Islamabad today with signing of important MoUs and Protocols across various sectors.

The session was co-chaired by Minister for Power Sardar Awais Leghari and his Russian counterpart Sergie Tsiviley.

The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to a broad and forward looking partnership that supports the socio-economic development of Pakistan and the Russian Federation and contributes to regional stability and connectivity.

They expressed satisfaction with the constructive discussions on enhancing bilateral trade diversifying exports portfolio and strengthening business to business engagement.
