Foreign Funding Case: PTI discloses PML-N received Rs456m in 5 accounts

In the foreign funding case, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Wednesday claimed that the opposition party, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) had received Rs456 million in its five accounts.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the PTI claimed that there was revealed uncertified transactions worth millions of rupees in the accounts of the PML-N.
The PTI raised objections in the scrutiny committee of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) that the PML-N’s party funds of over Rs456 million received during 2013-14 were unconfirmed.
The PTI said that the opposition party could not provide evidence of the party funds received in the head of the donation from foreign countries.
The PTI demanded the ECP’s scrutiny committee to provide the bank statements and cross-checks from the Nawaz League.
