Intra-court appeal can be filed against any SC verdict under Article 184(3)

Following judgement on Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act, the apex court has announced that an appeal against any SC verdict can be filed as “intra-court appeal” under Article 184(3) of the Constitution, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The court issued a circular in this regard on Thursday, according to which, all the advocates and litigant persons are required to strictly comply with the new direction in letter and spirit.
