Punjab to issue arms licences to taxpayers only from December

The Punjab Home department has announced to issue arms licences from December across the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to the Home Department only taxpayers will be eligible for arms licences while non-taxpayers will not be issued the licences.

Department further announced that criminals and crime record holder citizens will also be not issued arms licenses.
