Ayeza Khan Pakistanized dress of Indian actress

The HUM Awards 2022 were a memorable event because so many famous people dressed to flaunt their distinctive and gorgeous features.

Lollywood star Ayeza Khan was one of the most talked-about celebrities. She grabbed attention with her style and by winning a prize for her role in the drama serial ‘Chupke Chupke’.

Ayeza Khan was spotted at the event wearing a outfit designed by Abhinav Mishra, an Indian designer. It was a heavily embellished lehenga choli with mirror work and a matching dupatta that she wore as a cape. However she did some alterations to the original design, she changed its revealing shirt design to a totally covered shirt.

The trolling community was unhappy that Ayeza chose an Indian designer even though she shone like a diamond. Many wrote that she has worn Indian designer dress as there is no designer in Pakistan and many believed that it seems more like a wedding outfit.

Other actresses including Aymen Saleem and Sonya Hussyn also opted for Indian designers for Hum Awards.

Khan won the Best Actress Award at the Lux Style Awards in 2014 for her work in the drama series Pyaray Afzal. After getting married, she turned down several offers from Bollywood and took a vacation from the business.

She then made a comeback two years later alongside Imran Abbas in the sad love story Tum Kon Piya (2016). Imran Abbas, Muneeb Butt, and Areeba Habib are characters in her series Koi Chand Rakh.

Her portrayal in the romance drama from 2019–20 Meray Paas Tum Ho won the Best Television Actress category of the Pakistan International Screen Award. Later she costarred with Osman Khalid Butt in the comedy series Chupke Chupke in 2021.
