A group attacked rivals at Jatoi Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital, creating panic among patients and attendants, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.

According to local police, several people sustained injuries in a clash between two rivals yesternight in Muzaffargarh district of southern Punjab. 

The lawmen said the injured were rushed to the THQ Hospital where they came under attack again.

The Jatoi police reached the spot and arrested the members of the two groups.

The attackers were carrying sticks and bricks which were seized by the police. An investigation is underway.
