Lahore police solve mystery of transgender’s murder

The mystery of murder and burning the body of a transgender person named Arsalan aka Chunnu has been solved now as the police in Lahore have caught the alleged killer Babar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The murder incident occurred within the limits of Nishtar Colony Police Station of Lahore.
Police said that killer Babar and deceased transgender Arsalan became friends during the coronavirus lockdown.

Police said accused Babar murdered the transgender over an issue of loan payment worth Rs16,000 and later set the body on fire in a bid to remove the evidence from the crime scene.
“Both had an argument on the day of the crime. Accused Babar first tortured the eunuch then grabbed his neck until the very life was squeezed out of him,” the police said.
