The Punjab government on Thursday appointed DIG Bilal Siddique Kamyana as Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the notification, Bilal Kamyana has been appointed as CCPO with immediate effect.

Before his new appointment, Bilal Kamyana had also served as Regional Police Officer Faisalabad, Regional Police Officer Sheikhupura and District Police Officer Okara.

DIG Bilal Kamyana is from the 24th CTP of the police service.
