Matric Sindhi language paper leaked in Karachi

Reports of cheating and paper leaks in the ongoing matriculation examination continued to surface from different parts of the megacity, as the Sindhi language subject paper of matric was leaked before the start in Karachi on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Videos circulating on social media showed students using mobile phones during examinations at various centres.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Karachi and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime tall claims to curb cheating in examinations proved to be useless.

FIA arrested a few people in this connection, but this action failed to stop the ongoing cheating in the matriculation examinations.

Power outages at several examination centres added to the difficulties faced by students, who were forced to attempt their papers in intense heat.

In Lyari, female students were seen sitting on mats due to a shortage of desks and chairs, with no alternate arrangements made by the administration.
