First time in history Blood Moon to be visible in Pakistan

A Blood Moon will be visible in Pakistan for the first time country’s history, Meteorological Department said on Thursday.

According to 24NewsHD TV, a total lunar eclipse will occur on the night between September 7 and 8, 2025. The eclipse will begin at 8:28 pm on September 7 and a partial lunar eclipse will begin at 9:27 pm on September 7. The peak of the eclipse will be at 11:12 pm and the partial lunar eclipse will end at 12:57 pm. The total lunar eclipse will end at 1:55 am on September 8.

The duration of the lunar eclipse will be 5 hours and 27 minutes. The lunar eclipse will be visible in most parts of the world, including Pakistan. Due to the eclipse, the moon will turn red and will be called a Blood Moon. The lunar eclipse will be visible in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, the Pacific Ocean.
