Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar especially attended a ceremony held in honour of PTI’s unopposed Senator from Punjab Aun Abbas Buppi.

Provincial ministers and other assembly members were also present on this occasion. The Chief Minister congratulated Aun Abbas Buppi for his unopposed election as Senator.

Usman Buzdar said that through a successful strategy in Punjab, senators have been elected unopposed adding that PTI will emerge as a leading party in the senate.

He said that opposition has always promoted the politics of horse-trading. He further maintained that the whole nation lauded the steps being taken by Prime Minister Imran Khan for ensuing and uphold of transparency.

He said that all corrupt elements are on the one side whereas honest leadership of PTI is on the other side. The opposition has used every negative tactic but failed. Opposition’s double standards politics cannot hoodwink the people.

He said the government is making all-out efforts for the welfare of the people as during the last two and a half years the same has focused on public service. Elected representatives congratulated Usman Buzdar on laying the foundation stone of the Lahore Central Business District project.
