Indian singer Gippy Grewal Friday was barred from entering Pakistan by Indian immigration officials, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Indian singer had to come to Narowal Kartarpur to perform his religious rites.

Singer-Canadian citizen had to get permission from Indian Home Ministry officials to enter Pakistan.

However, he was not allowed to enter Pakistan, as the Indian authority did not issue him the visa.

All preparations were completed in Kartarpur before his arrival.

It is pertinent to mention that Gippy Grewal had to come to Kartarpur today.

Gippy Grewal was to be welcomed in a lavish fashion at Darshan Deori in Kartarpur

The actor was supposed to be briefed on Kartarpur corridor.
