CDA cancels 49 plots for rules violation, non-payments of dues

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has cancelled 49 plots in different areas of Islamabad for violation of rules and regulations and non-payment of dues, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

While taking action, the CDA cancelled one plot of Blue Area, 17 plots of different centers of Islamabad, 11 plots of industry area, 7 plots of class 3 shopping centers, 2 Plots of Park Enclave and 11 Plots of I&T.

According to CDA authorities these plots were canceled for violation of terms and conditions, rules and regulations and non-payment of dues.

People should not transact with respect to these plots and CDA shall not be liable for loss in case of any investment, CDA authorities warned.
