Mansehra-Thakot Expressway opens for traffic: Asim Bajwa
Chairman China Pakistan Economic Corridor Authority (CPECA) and Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Asim Saleem Bajwa Tuesday shared that 80km two-way Mansehra-Thakot Expressway has been opened for traffic.
He said that Mansehra-Thakot Expressway was an extension of 40km Havelian-Mansehra, which is a four-lane motorway.
The cost of the motorway is Rs136 billion while highway police and toll staff have also been deployed.

Earlier he reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to launch and complete all projects in Gwadar in line with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s directive.
In a tweet, Asim Saleem Bajwa said, “Update: Gwadar International Airport construction in progress. We reaffirm our commitment to launching & completing all projects in Gwadar in line with PM’s directive.”
