Train crushes herd of goats, sheep in Sadiqabad

At least 28 goats and sheep of a shepherd, worth hundreds of thousands of rupees, were crushed Thursday under the wheels of a Karachi-bound train near Mazdoor Colony in Sadiqabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The shepherd was taking the herd of his goats and sheep to graze when a Karachi-bound train from Lahore crushed them to death while the animals were crossing the railway lines near Mazdoor Colony.

The locals were busy removing the dead goats and sheep from the railway track on a self-help basis as the local administration was nowhere to be seen.
