Pakistan Muslim League - Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain Tuesday rejected Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) claim to support Hamza Shehbaz as Punjab Chief Minister, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Chaudhry Shujaat went on to say that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi is his party’s candidate for Punjab Chief Minister.

PML-Q supremo said that the party members will vote for Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, adding that no attempt should be made to mislead any of the party’s MPAs by spreading false rumors.

Chaudhry Shujaat said that PML-Q members of Punjab Assembly have always adhered to party discipline, adding that they will support Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

PML-Q chief said: “I have never misrepresented, I have always taught clarity”.
