As the scene reaches its peak, a sudden burst of flames and thick smoke appears in front of her face as part of a special on-set effect.
Alizeh instinctively ducks before immediately popping back into frame with a wide smile, laughing off the moment.
She then adjusts her hair and looks toward the camera, making it clear the fiery sequence was all part of the production.
