54 two-way flights from Pakistan to Middle East cancelled today

As many as 54 two-way flights from the country's international airports, including Allama Iqbal International Airport, to various airports in the Middle East have been canceled, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Among the cancelled flights PIA, Airblue, Air Arabia, Kuwait Air, Iran Air, Iraqi Air, Qatar Emirates and others are included.

However, there is improvement in the operation of Middle East flights at Lahore Airport and only four flights of Doha and Dubai were cancelled today.

Moreover, 22 bilateral flights from Karachi Airport to Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Dubai and Riyadh were cancelled while 10 bilateral flights from Islamabad Airport to Dubai, Doha, Bahrain, Sharjah and Kuwait were cancelled.

Similarly, 10 bilateral flights from Peshawar Airport to Doha, Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi were cancelled while only two flights from Multan Airport to Dubai were cancelled.

About six flights from Sialkot Airport to Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi were cancelled today.

International flights are operating normally from Faisalabad Airport today.

According to Airport sources, the total number of cancelled Middle East flights from Pakistan during the past 29 days has reached 2354.
