LHC fixes petition seeking removal of Hamza Shehbaz as Punjab CM

A petition seeking removal of Hamza Shehbaz from CM office Saturday fixed for hearing in the Lahore High Court (LHC), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The registrar office of the LHC has issued the cause list for hearing.
Chief Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti will hear the petitions of MPA Sibtain Khan and others.
The Supreme Court has interpreted Article 63.
The petition said that legally, Hamza Shehbaz can no longer hold the post of Chief Minister of Punjab.
The petitioner asked the court to remove Hamza Shehbaz from the post of Chief Minister.
The petition also said that the move of transfer posting by Hamza Shehbaz should be declared null and void.
It is pertinent to note that the Chief Justice has given time to Hamza Shehbaz, Chief Secretary and other parties to submit their answers. The Chief Justice had imposed a fine of Rs100,000.
