Boy dies as cylinder blast brings down house in Rawalpindi

A young boy breathed his last as part of his house collapsed in a gas cylinder blast at Peoples’ Colony of Rawalpindi on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Rescuers, however, managed to pull eight members of the family, who had been trapped underneath the rubble, alive.

They were given first-aid treatment on the spot. However, 14-year-old boy who was seriously injured was rushed to a hospital where he breathed his last.
