SM Munir, chairman of “Deen Group of Companies”, passes away

Renowned businessperson SM Munir, popularly known as Bhaijaan, passed away in Karachi on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

SM Munir was participating in a Korangi Association of Trade Industry program, when he had a heart attack. He was rushed to the hospital but he could not survive.   

He was the patron chief of the united business group. SM Munir Din has also been the Chairman of the Group of Industries and former Chief Executive Officer of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. His company Deen Leather (Pvt) Limited is the largest exporter of leather in Pakistan and he also owns four textile mills in Lahore named Deen Textile Mills.

The time of the funeral prayer of Munir could not be fixed yet.
