Jamaat-i-Islami has presented a solution to the woes of the Pakistani cricket team facing defeat after defeat in the ongoing T20 World Cup being played in Australia.

JI Karachi Chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has proposed that former cricket team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed should be brought back and made captain of the team as this was the only solution to the team’s ongoing woes.

In a tweet posted on Friday, Hafiz Naeem said “No other solution except making Sarfaraz the Captain.”

In another tweet, the JI leader said Babar Azam is an excellent player, but it would be better to relieve him from the pressure of the captaincy. “Apart from this, there is no way but to make Sarfaraz Ahmed captain of all three formats immediately,” he added.
