Former captain of National Hockey Team and Ex-President Pakistan Hockey Federation Akhtar Rasool Chaudhry Wednesday fell ill and was admitted to Doctor’s Hospital Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Akhtar Rasool Chaudhry suffered from a urinary tract infection (UTI) and was brought to the hospital for treatment four days ago where the doctors admitted him.

His son Salman Akhtar Rasool said that his father is in better condition now and very hopefully will be discharged in a day or two. 

The Hockey star’s son appealed to the fans to pray for the good health of his father.
