Bookies predict upset: Pakistan’s chances rise against India

Bookies are expecting an upset in today’s Asia Cup cricket match, but said that the Indian team is the favourite for the win, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to the bookies, there are 48 per cent chances of Pakistan’s victory against India in the high-voltage cricket final of the Asia Cup, while during the previous two matches, India's victory chances were 60 percent.
Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Sayam Sun are favourites for the highest run chase. The bookies predicted that Kuldip Yadav is the most favourite bowler from the Indian side.
The bookies further revealed that Sahibzada Farhan and Fakhar Zaman will perform well from Pakistan’s side.
Saim Ayub and Shaheen Shah Afridi are favourites for the bowling. The victory rate for India is Rs1.90 and for Pakistan, the victory rate is Rs2.30.
The bookies said that the Indian team have a psychological edge over Pakistan due to its victory in the previous two matches.
Earlier on Saturday, police arrested three bookies who were involved in online gambling during foreign league matches and the Asia Cup in Lahore.
The bookies were arrested from the Johar Town area of Lahore.
The accused were later identified as Imran, Imad, and Islam. The bookies were involved in gambling on the Pakistan and India cricket matches currently being played in Dubai.
