Kundi praises lawyers’ contribution in national uplift

Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has lauded lawyers’ fraternity for their key role in the uplift of the country, adding that lawyers contribution is remarkable, reported 24 News HD TV channel. 

Addressing the People’s Lawyers Forum (PLF) event at the Governor's House Peshawar, Kundi congratulated the PLF members who won elections in several districts and tehsil bar councils for their community work. 

Faisal Kundi emphasized that lawyers were a central figure in maintaining justice and stability in the country. He also commended the progress in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa despite many challenges. He said, "If the party works harder and wins more seats, we will get more rights for the province." He also promised that there will be a meeting between the lawyers and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari soon.

PPP Provincial President Mohammad Ali Shah Bacha thanked the PLF for their success, especially in Malakand and Dera Ismail Khan, where they won against the opposition.

He emphasized the importance of strategic planning and learning from past mistakes to ensure victory in future elections, under the vision of Shaheed Bhutto.

Several bar representatives also spoke at the event, including Hishmat Nawaz Sadozai and Shah Fahd Ansari. They shared their thoughts and thanked the Governor Provincial President for the event.
