Azaan Sami Khan speaks about father’s pro-Modi stance
Azaan Sami Khan spoke about his father Adnan Sami Khan’s pro-Modi and Anti-Pakistan stance taking it very gracefully.
Khan, in an interview with Something Haute, said that he is the grandson of two very patriotic men on both sides of his family. His maternal grandfather, Zeba Bakhtiar’s father served at a high government position while his paternal grandfather served in the Airforce.”
He added that his mother Zeba Bakhtiar has worked her whole life for the glory of her country. He is also very patriotic and he loves Pakistan.
Being an affectionate and dutiful son, He said that he does not agree with his father’s political opinions but he has always been respectful.
He revealed that he has been asked to speak against his father on public platforms but he just cannot do that to his father. He added that people call him ‘son of a traitor’ and similar things on social media and he has to tolerate it. But he does not need to prove every time how much he loves Pakistan and how patriotic he is.
Azaan stepped into the Pakistani showbiz industry in 2021 with his solo album Main Tera.
He made his acting debut in the drama Ishq-e-Laa the same year. He has since worked in various dramas but his character in ongoing drama Main Manto Nahi Hoon has been the most noted.
