Dengue cases in Islamabad rise to 125, Bhara Kahu most affected

The number of dengue cases in the federal capital has surged to 125, health officials confirmed on Friday.

Union Council Bhara Kahu has reported the highest number of patients with 65 cases, while a significant number of patients are also being brought in from the Murree district.

In response, the District Health Office (DHO) Islamabad has mobilised both indoor and outdoor teams to curb the spread of the mosquito-borne virus. Surveillance activities are being carried out at homes, workshops, wedding halls, and other public places as part of preventive measures.
