Police arrested suspected harassers after two sisters called emergency helpline, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.

Two persons allegedly harassed two sisters on Ring Road. The arrested started teasing the women when they left Askari 10.

The women sought help from the police when the accused blocked their way by parking their vehicle in front of their car.

Last week, a case of harassment of women by making a video from an officer in the Senate has come to light in Islamabad.

A video of a grade-18 officer in the Legislative Branch of the Senate went viral, prompting the Islamabad police to arrest the the accused.

The victims told the police that the accused was making their video in the ATM cabin of a bank when they raised an objection, he ran away by saying ‘Sorry’.
